About the project:
We were selected from among several teams to carry out the repair and maintenance, due to the age of the building that was built in 1885. It was a quantum leap for us in the company's history of restoration work. And as the attached photos show, we discovered a layer of old tiles and floors, but with the care of our team, good areas were saved and we reused them after maintaining them with great care. We succeeded in restoring the murals and using effective paints to show the hormonal relationship between modernity and antiquity.

It started from demolition to building and renovating some parts that can be restored, then we continued with insulation and used our special materials (Hyper) with insulation. And we followed up with Santex exterior paints.

Brief about the project:
It started with the repair of potholes and the restoration of the building, especially the humiliating verandas on the main street. The building was completely cleaned and then we started painting in bright colors that fit the site and the surrounding environment.

Some walls were demolished to gain additional spaces that allow us the use of natural light, and then we started renovating and constructing the salon and mixing several interior decoration works. Pictures complete the rest of the story.

Where we established an engineering harmonica with a modern decor, and through it the tiles and walls work were carried out, where special materials (our Hyper paste) were used, as well as gypsum, painting and lining extension works.

We received the residential apartment without a key and completed it with the hands of our skilled workers and the minds of painters who worked like a painting in which a mixture of woodwork, flooring and plumbing, paint with high-quality putty to show the splendor and sophistication of the colors used.
